All rates are 24/7 and include toll free access. Live Operator clients may additionally add voice mail options to either enhance their messaging capabilities or minimize their live operator costs. As soon as we receive the signed contract, setup forms and payment, your account will generally be activated within 72 hours. Emergency setup is available - additional fees apply.
Messages may be delivered in a variety of ways: hold for call in, call out (to cell phone, home phone etc.), digital page, alpha-page, e-mail, fax each as taken, voice mailbox, fax summary and e-mail summary. Fax summaries and E-mail summaries can be received up to twice daily for a flat fee.

Time is calculated in one (1) second increments. $250.00 per billing cycle (includes 250 Operator Minutes) + $0.95 Per Additional Minute (1.6 cents per second)
Optional Front-End Voice Mail - $0.18 per minute
Security Deposit Is Equal To One Billing Cycle (Minimum $250.00)
We collect base rate, setup fees and a security deposit upon acceptance of contract.
