Call Center Services - Order Entry

Live call monitoring, review of call recordings and one on one training with our staff are all part of our comprehensive solution for specialized accounts. Whether you have a single product, large e-commerce web site or a catalog full of products, our agents can handle your orders in an efficient and professional manner. Our systems allow clients to use their
e-commerce site for the order taking or clients may choose to select one of our in-house customized solutions for gathering order information.

Our nationwide call center is a fully web enabled, true 24/7 service, so you are never charged extra fees for holidays, weekends or nights. Our true one second billing also insures you never need worry about minutes being rounded up - you pay for EXACTLY what you use. Your customers will have the flexibility to place orders at any time and from any location across the country and you will be free of the burden of managing and paying your staff to handle order taking on a 24 hour basis.


All rates are 24/7 and include toll free access. Live Operator clients may additionally add voice mail options to either enhance account capabilities or minimize live operator costs. As soon as we receive the signed contract, setup forms and payment, your account will generally be activated within 5 business days. Emergency setup is available - additional fees apply.

Messages and orders may be delivered in a variety of ways: hold for call in, call out (to cell phone, home phone etc.), digital page, alpha-page, e-mail, fax each as taken, voice mailbox, web retrieval, fax summary and e-mail summary. Orders are restricted to certain delivery types when sensitive information is gathered.

Your account will be assigned a personal Account Manager to help insure your order calls are handled in the manner you require. We offer 24 hour e-mail support and are here to assist you with any of your account needs.

Pricing
  • $20.00 Base Rate - Includes 0 minutes of Live Op time (Per 4 Week Billing Cycle)
  • Live Operator Time - billed at $0.99 per minute
  • Optional Automated Processing Time(voice mail, call patching) - billed at $.25 per minute
  • Optional Web Connect Time (if accessing web pages or forms) - billed at $0.00 per minute.

All rates are 24/7 and include toll free access.

No security deposit required for credit card billing.

Live Operator clients may additionally add voice mail options to either enhance their messaging capabilities or minimize their live operator costs. The setup fee for Live Operator accounts is $100.00 per hour (1 hour min). As soon as we receive the signed contract, setup forms and payment, your account will generally be activated within 72 hours. Emergency setup is available - additional fees apply.

Economic Stimulus Package: includes one hour of set-up for FREE, a 10% reduction in our Live Operator per minute rate and a 20% reduction in our Automated Rate until the end of this month. Click here for more details.
