Call Center Services - Order Entry

Live call monitoring, review of call recordings and one on one training with our staff are all part of our comprehensive solution for specialized accounts. Whether you have a single product, large e-commerce web site or a catalog full of products, our agents can handle your orders in an efficient and professional manner. Our systems allow clients to use their
e-commerce site for the order taking or clients may choose to select one of our in-house customized solutions for gathering order information.

Our nationwide call center is a fully web enabled, true 24/7 service, so you are never charged extra fees for holidays, weekends or nights. Our true one second billing also insures you never need worry about minutes being rounded up - you pay for EXACTLY what you use. Your customers will have the flexibility to place orders at any time and from any location across the country and you will be free of the burden of managing and paying your staff to handle order taking on a 24 hour basis.


All rates are 24/7 and include toll free access. Live Operator clients may additionally add voice mail options to either enhance account capabilities or minimize live operator costs. As soon as we receive the signed contract, setup forms and payment, your account will generally be activated within 5 business days. Emergency setup is available - additional fees apply.

Messages and orders may be delivered in a variety of ways: hold for call in, call out (to cell phone, home phone etc.), digital page, alpha-page, e-mail, fax each as taken, voice mailbox, web retrieval, fax summary and e-mail summary. Fax summaries and E-mail summaries can be received up to twice daily for a flat fee. Orders are restricted to certain delivery types when sensitive information is gathered.

Your account will be assigned a personal Account Manager to help insure your order calls are handled in the manner you require. We offer 24 hour e-mail support and are here to assist you with any of your account needs.

Time is calculated in one (1) second increments. $250.00 per billing cycle (includes 250 Operator Minutes) + $0.95 Per Additional Minute (1.6 cents per second)

Optional Front-End Voice Mail - $0.18 per minute

Security Deposit Is Equal To One Billing Cycle (Minimum $250.00)

We collect base rate, setup fees and a security deposit upon acceptance of contract.
