Regardless of whether your business schedules appointments, meetings, tasks, jobs, clients or service calls, AnswerFirst will get your staff on the same page, increase schedule communication, and boost productivity!

AnswerFirst is able to function as a virtual receptionist for you by booking appointments and reservations in real-time using our shared online calendar. Our agents will also perform general messaging duties for non-scheduling calls. All customer calls are answered and appointments are taken and/or confirmed instantly. Your service staff is no longer interrupted to take phone calls, confirm future appointments and your front desk staff is offloaded to perform other important tasks.

Basic Call Center Scheduling Service 
$20.00 per billing cycle plus $0.95 per minute for Live Operator time

Delivery Options: Appointments are viewed when logging in to the online calendar. General messaging is usually part of a scheduling account. We will deliver general messages via multiple methods at no additional charge. Hold for call in, call out (to cell phone, home phone etc.), digital page, alpha page, e-mail, text messaging, fax each as taken, voice mailbox, file download or export, fax summary and e-mail summary.

Optional Call Center Services: These services are in addition to our regular call center services

Fax Summary: scheduled fax delivery of all your messages
$20.00 per billing cycle
E-Mail Summary: scheduled e-mail delivery of all your messages
$15.00 per billing cycle
International Calling: we make international calls on your behalf

Online Calendar
$39.00 monthly or $399.00 Annually

An online calendar is required for scheduling and AnswerFirst has partnered with one of the industry leaders in online calendars. You will sign a contract with this vendor for the online calendar service after your free, no obligation 15 day calendar trial. Basic calendar includes one (1) location and up to 500 appointments per billing cycle. Custom quotes are available for high volume operation (over 500 appointments per month).

Calendar Setup: setup is free and is handled by the experts who designed the calendar. Once your call center account is set up, an appointment is automatically made on your new calendar for a phone setup consultation with our vendor. Basic 4 day e-mail support is included free. Extended 2 day e-mail & phone support is available at $10.00 per month and Premium 1 day e-mail & phone support is available at $20.00 per month.

Operator Training Fees: For certain scheduling accounts, additional training is recommended. Complex calendar functions and multiple resources are examples. Fees will include the training and testing of our operators as well as further review of the client calendar and account screens. Training Rate - $57.00 per hour

Optional Calendar Services: These services are in addition to the regular calendar costs

POS Module: for processing credit cards in real time
$10.00 per month
Outlook Export: for import appointments into your Outlook Mail Calendar
$2.00 per month
Time Clock: for tracking time for billable phone consultations, etc.
$2.00 per month

Inactive Customers: automatically e-mails customers who have not made an appointment

$2.00 per month
