Answering Service - CWA Screenshots - Reports Main Page

The image below shows the screen right before your report. From this screen, you will be able to select which account you want to run a report on (if you have multiple accounts, they will be shown here) as well as which report you want to run (Summary and Work Load).

Summary reports give you a run down of the activity on your account for each month such as incoming/outgoing calls, patch time, and other useful statisitcs.

Work Load shows when you have the most traffic during certain times of the day, as well as averages. Summary reports show some averages as well.
