Answering Service - CWA Screenshots - Save CSV
This screen shows the dialog you get when exporting as CSV. You must click "Save" and save it to your local computer before opening the file or you will receive an error. This is because the data is streamed from our database to your computer. Below is a screenshot of Microsoft Internet Explorer's "File Download" window.
