Toll-Free Access Phone Number
Each new live operator account is assigned a unique telephone number. If your business is in the 813,727 or parts of the 941 area codes, we will assign you a number within the appropriate area code. If your business is outside of our local calling area, we will assign your account a toll free number.

True 24 Hour Service
Although many answering services advertise as 24 hour services, many charge additional fees for answering phones during holidays, weekends or at night. At AnswerFirst, we never charge any of those fees. We treat every day, every hour and every minute exactly the same. We are a true 24 hour service and provide that service gladly to our valued clients.

No Alpha Or E-Mail Fees
Many services charge extra for these two types of delivery. At AnswerFirst, we never bill extra for alpha-paging or e-mail deliveries. You can confidently use any of the modern devices able to receive these type message without fear of additional charges.

Message Delivery Options
Taking accurate, prompt and professional messages is only the first step in our service. Messages still must be delivered and we offer many means to accomplish this. Here are your options:

Hold For Call In (you call in for your messages)
Call Out (to cell phone, home phone, etc.)
Digital Page w/ Call In (we page you our callback number)
Alpha Page (we page you a complete text message)
E-Mail (text message to any e-mail capable device)
Fax Each As Taken (to fax machine of your choice)
Voice Mailbox (messages placed in our voice mailbox)
Fax Summary (up to twice daily)
E-Mail Summary (up to twice daily)

Client Web Access
Access to account messages, recordings, call logs and other reports is available through the Internet 24-hours a day. If you have multiple accounts with us, Client Web Access can be used to access all of your accounts.

Professional Service And Value
Service is our business and we deliver above and beyond other services. We never charge additional fees for paging, archiving messages or recording voice logs of your calls. We are available to you 24 hours a day and are happy to provide individual reports detailing each call on your account for no additional charge. AnswerFirst has redundant systems in place to keep your data as secure as possible, moreover, our ability to remain open throughout power outages and inclement weather provides peace of mind. However, our biggest asset remains the caring attitude and professionalism of our staff who always keep our customers as their first priority.
