Front End Voice Mail w/ Live Operator Service
$0.25 per minute (automated time)
Calls are initially routed through a voice mailbox before reaching a live operator. Typically is used to filter out all non-emergency calls, allowing only emergency calls to reach a live operator. Voice mailbox may be set up as an announcement only box or as a traditional voice mailbox where callers leave a message in the mailbox. Callers are able to press " 0 " to speak directly with an operator. Client may be notified of messages in their mailbox via several methods.
Message Delivery Voice Mailbox w/ Live Op Service
$0.25 per minute
For clients finding it more convenient to have their messages delivered to an AnswerFirst voice mailbox which is accessible toll-free, nationwide, 24 hours a day. Includes mailbox notifying you of new messages.
Priority Service
$0.60 per minute
For clients needing their callers to receive priority placement in both the ring and hold queues. All Priority Service fees are in addition to base live operator cost.
International Service
Per Minute Rates Vary Depending On Country
Clients requiring calls to or from countries outside of the Continental United States must keep an additional security deposit and credit card on file with AnswerFirst. International Service Rates are in addition to base live operator cost. Rates are based on the specific country rate as well as whether calls are made to or from a land line or a cellular line.
