We offer a variety of Optional Services to meet or exceed our client expectations. From full featured Client Web Access enabling you to access your account via a web browser to call patching or Overflow service, we have the technology to help meet your needs in today's demanding business climate. Scheduled summaries of your messages can be faxed or e-mailed, Front End Voice Mail can be added to your Live Operator account for call screening purposes and several services which cost additional at other services are available to you at no cost. Be sure to ask our professional sales associates how some of these services may meet your needs.

Call Patch
$0.25 per patched minute (billed in one second increments)
For times you need to be directly connected to a caller reaching our service.

Daily Fax Summary
$20.00 per billing cycle
A summary of messages, may be sent twice daily to your fax machine. 

Daily E-Mail Summary
$15.00 per billing cycle
A summary of messages, may be sent twice daily to your e-mail address. This service is provided free to property management accounts.

Client Web Access
$15.00 per billing cycle
Access to account messages, recordings, call logs and other reports is available through the Internet 24-hours a day. If you have multiple accounts with us, you may add Client Web Access to your other accounts at $5.00 per month per extra account.

Front End Voice Mail w/ Live Operator Service
$0.18 per minute
Calls are initially routed through a voice mailbox before reaching a live operator. Typically is used to filter out all non-emergency calls, allowing only emergency calls to reach a live operator. Voice mailbox may be set up as an announcement only box or as a traditional voice mailbox where callers leave a message in the mailbox. Callers are able to press " 0 " to speak directly with an operator. Client may be notified of messages in their mailbox via several methods.

Message Delivery Voice Mailbox w/ Live Op Service
$0.18 per minute
For clients finding it more convenient to have their messages delivered to an AnswerFirst voice mailbox which is accessible toll-free, nationwide, 24 hours a day. Includes mailbox notifying you of new messages.

Call Center Overflow - purchased in blocks of 5 additional talk paths
1000 minutes per month plus $0.25 per minute
For clients expecting a high volume of traffic (calls) in a short time (such as with television ads). Overflow increases the number of available operators to handle your calls. Additional account setup, training and security deposits will also apply.
All overflow fees are in addition to base live operator cost.

Priority Service
$0.60 per minute
For clients needing their callers to receive priority placement in both the ring and hold queues. All Priority Service fees are in addition to base live operator cost.

Disaster Readiness N+1 Service
$40.00 per billing cycle plus
$0.25 per minute
For clients desiring N+1 redundancy in the event of a disaster. Client’s inbound calls will be routed between multiple call centers, further ensuring redundancy in the event of high call traffic. Additional account setup, training and security deposits will also apply . All disaster fees are in addition to base live operator costs.All Disaster Readiness N+1 Service fees are in addition to base live operator cost.

International Service
Per Minute Rates Vary Depending On Country
Clients requiring calls to or from countries outside of the Continental United States must keep an additional security deposit and credit card on file with AnswerFirst. International Service Rates are in addition to base live operator cost.

Toll-Free Vanity Numbers
$0.05 per minute
For clients needing a vanity toll-free number. Vanity Number Rates are in addition to base live operator cost.

E-Mail Message Delivery
No Additional Fee
Have your messages delivered via e-mail.

Alpha Page Message Delivery
No Additional Fee
Have your messages delivered via alpha pager.

Custom Announcement
No Additional Fee
If our operators aren't able to answer your call by the fifth ring, callers will hear a customized greeting identifying your business and asking them to please hold for a moment.

Voice Logging Of Calls
No Additional Fee
Clients find this an invaluable tool for message redundancy.

Archived Written Messages
No Additional Fee
Message data is archived by AnswerFirst for a period of one (1) year from the date of the message.
