Our Services - Rates Overview

All rates are 24/7 and include toll free access. Live Operator clients may additionally add voice mail options to either enhance their messaging capabilities or minimize their live operator costs. The setup fee for Live Operator accounts is $57.00 per hour (1 hour min). Database work is billed at $100.00 per hour. As soon as we receive the signed contract, setup forms and payment, answering service accounts will generally be activated within 72 hours while call center service accounts generally take about 5 business days.. Emergency setup is available - additional fees apply.

Time is calculated in one (1) second increments. Messages may be delivered in a variety of ways: hold for call in, call out (to cell phone, home phone etc.), digital page, alpha-page, e-mail, fax each as taken, voice mailbox, fax summary and e-mail summary. Fax summaries and E-mail summaries can be received up to twice daily for a flat fee.

Call Center Service accounts can receive certain data through a variety of methods - your web site, Client Web Access, etc.

Messaging Accounts:

$20.00 Base Rate (per billing cycle) plus
$0.95 per minute (1.6 cents per second) - operator time and account maintenance
Optional Front-End Voice Mail - $0.18 per minute

$20.00 Base Rate (per billing cycle) plus
$0.95 per minute (1.6 cents per second) - operator time and account maintenance
Front-End Voice Mail - $0.18 per minute

Voice Mail Accounts:

$10.00 Base Rate (per billing cycle) plus
$0.18 per minute (operator time and account maintenance)
$10.00 Setup Fee (for single box - additional mailboxes may require more setup time)

Order Entry Accounts:

Monthly Base Rate $250.00 - includes 250 operator minutes
$0.95 Per Additional Minute (Operator Time and Account Maintenance)
Optional Front-End Voice Mail - $0.18 per minute

Customer Care & Technical Support Accounts:

Monthly Base Rate $250.00 - includes 250 operator minutes)
$0.95 Per Additional Minute (Operator Time and Account Maintenance)
Optional Front-End Voice Mail - $0.18 per minute
**Some Customer Care & Technical Support Accounts May Be Considered Messaging - Ask Your Sales Rep**

Scheduling & Reservation Accounts:

Monthly Base Rate Will Vary (Minimum $500.00 - includes 350 operator minutes)
$0.95 Per Additional Minute (Operator Time and Account Maintenance)
Optional Front-End Voice Mail - $0.18 per minute
**Some Reservation Accounts May Be Considered Messaging - Ask Your Sales Rep**

Security Deposit Is Equal To One Billing Cycle - Minimum $100.00 for Messaging & Virtual Office Accounts - Minimum $500.00 For Call Center Services Accounts

 We collect base rate, setup fees and a security deposit upon acceptance of contract.
