Express Check-In
Express Check-In is a feature which allows clients to call into an automated account to find out if there are any pending messages. For clients who have their messages held, this is an ideal way to avoid using unnecessary operator time and cost.

Step One: Dial 1-800-447-0418 (Express Check-In Number)

Step Two: After dialing the check in number, you will hear a series of three beeps.

Step Three: After the three beeps, enter your pass code. If you do not know your pass code, call us at 1-800-435-9332 and we will supply the pass code for you.

Step Four: After entering your pass code, a series of beeps may be heard. This means there are no pending messages. At this time, the caller may hang up. If there are pending messages, your call will be automatically forwarded to the next available operator for message retrieval.
